Champai Soren is Indian Politician and the leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. He is seventh chief minister of Jharkhand. Champai represents the Seraikella assembly constituency in the Jharkhand state. He is the 7th chief minister of Jharkhand. Soren served as the cabinet minister under former Chief minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren, responsible for handling Transport, Scheduled Tribes, and Scheduled Castes and other backward class welfare in the cabinet.
He was born on 1 November 1956 in Seraikella, Jharkhand, India. His father was Simal Soren, who was a farmer, during early years of Sampai Soren, he has worked with his father in his farm in the jilinggoda village. He didn’t belong to a middle class family, and despite many challenges in his formative years, Samapi Completed his 10th standard from a government school. His higher education qualification is matriculation.
Champai Soren is one of the senior leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and He is the follower of Birsa Munda. In politics, Champai was influenced by Shibu Soren chief and president of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and former chief minister of Jharkhand and father of former chief minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren.
