Doncic was chosen in the 2018 NBA Draught, making him an NBA player. Luka Doncic joined the Mavericks in 2018 after spending three seasons with the Real Madrid team in the EuroLeague. In 51 EuroLeague and ACB games for Real Madrid as a 16-year-old, he averaged 4.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in over 12 minutes per game while playing off the bench. Doncic led Real Madrid to a fourth-place EuroLeague finish in his second season of play, starting 26 of 77 ACB and EuroLeague games.
